For many years, the Sierra Club of BC has helped protect BC's Great Bear Rainforest from logging and oil pipeline initiatives. This rainforest is home to 1,000 year old western red cedars, trees as tall as 30-storey buildings and the rare white Kermode bear, or "Spirit" Bear. The rainforest also represents 25 percent of the Earth's remaining anicent coastal temperate rainforests, an area approximately 50% bigger than Switzerland. We thought it would be nice to put a one of a kind longboard painted by Andreas Preis up for a draw and give all of the donations to help the Sierra Club in their fight.
