WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept most major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Discover), PayPal and personal cheques. Please note that orders paid with cheque will only be shipped once the cheque has been received and cleared by our bank.

Unfortunately, we do not accept payments via debit card or Visa gift cards.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Orders usually ship from our warehouse via UPS or Canada Post within 5 business days. Please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days for shipping, depending on your location.

THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY ORDER, HOW CAN I FIX THIS?

If you'd like to modify or cancel your order, please contact Customer Service within one (1) business day and we should be able to help you out with any changes to your order.

Any cancellations/modifications to orders that have already left our warehouse will be subject to additional shipping & handling fees.

I'M TRYING TO PLACE AN ORDER BUT IT'S NOT WORKING, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

AVS Error - Please make sure that the billing address on your order matches the billing address that is registered on your credit card before trying to place another order.

Service not allowed – The method of payment you are using is not accepted on our webstore. If you are trying to use a debit card, we suggest using PayPal for your order.

If you still have issues placing an online order with us, give us a call at 778-785-6855 and we will be happy to assist over the phone.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email from UPS with a tracking number. If you have any other questions about the status of your order, email us at info@landyachtz.com and include the full name that the order was placed under together with your order number.

WHAT ABOUT RETURNS & EXCHANGES?

Landyachtz only accepts returns & exchanges for unused items purchased directly from us online or at our factory store. All returns & exchanges must be made within 30 days from the invoice date.

Please contact our customer service department for a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning an item.

Customers are responsible for all shipping & handling fees and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. For more information, please read our returns policy here: Returns Policy

DO ALL ORDERS COME WITH HARDWARE/ BEARINGS?

Bearings and hardware are only included if you purchase our boards as a complete option.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately, we only ship orders within Canada and the US. But worry not! You can get in touch with one of our International Distributors and they should be able to help you get your hands on some Landyachtz gear. Others

HOW CAN I GET SOME FREE STICKERS?

For sure! We love giving out free stickers but we'll need to cover for postage. So please mail us $2.00 and we'll hook you up. Creative letters and hilarious drawings will earn you extra!

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?

Our decks are covered under a 1 year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. Remember it's a skateboard so normal wear and tear is expected.

WILL YOU SPONSOR ME?

Maybe! There's no surefire way to get sponsored, but here's some good tips to stick to.

First of all, companies want ambassadors not only for their company but for their sport in general. Be personable, visible and accessible. Get out to events as much as possible and even organise some of your own! Those with a presence in their community are an asset for companies.

And make sure to produce lots of quality media. Videos, blogs, pictures…anyone who becomes a reliable source of skateboarding media will definitely attract our attention. If you have anything you'd like us to have a look at you can forward it to us at info@landyachtz.com
