Steven Vera's weapon of choice is this outrageously versatile double kick board. Hollowtech construction keeps the weight down and provides a surprising amount of pop for a board of this size. Kicktails engineered around TKP trucks mean that you can snap ollies while still having a board that can hold its' own in the hills.

Flex Rating

So, what’s flex and why is it important to a skateboard? In skate-nerd terms, flex is the amount of displacement a deck sees when a specific amount of force is applied to it. Check out our formula to the left! There are a few factors that affect flex, like deck thickness, wheelbase, and the amount of force on a deck. We built a machine and put our entire lineup to the test by applying the exact same amount of force to all our boards and measured the displacement we saw in each. This gives a totally scientific and accurate flex range across our entire line! It’s important to understand flex when choosing a board. Here are some basics: Downhill/freeride skateboards will have less flex because you need a stiff platform to stand on when you’re bombing or gripping a corner at speed. Carving skateboards will have more flex, giving you the ability to sink into your turns and pump or carve with ease. Most cruisers, dance and ATV boards will have less flex for control when doing tricks but just enough to be forgiving when pushing around town. We’ve engineered our boards with the best flex for each style of riding but remember, flex is subjective so get out a see what you like the most!

Super cool board!

It's surprisingly light for how long is it, and can pretty much handle any terrain you throw at it. I'd recommend it every day, this has became my favorite board.

Awesome board

Nice n light feels awesome under foot 10/10 the best board I’ve ever bought - cost me a fortune due to shipping to the UK with import taxes etc but was worth every penny! It’s been perfect for everything I’ve thrown at it from dirt path ‘ATV’ type riding to long distance 10+ miles to cruising along beach fronts to hitting the hills with some slidey free ride and downhill. I’m in love with this board! Only downside is that you won’t be able to see the light through the board like on the video unless you’ve got clear grip tape on it (or no tape at all) still freakin awesome and gets compliments everywhere I’ve ever been with it. If this board is even a consideration just push add to cart! 5* customer service from Landyatchz too I recommend these guys and their boards to everyone.

Awesome board!

I’ve ridden a few LY Cruisers, ATVs, and a drop through. The Sidewalker is hands down my favorite. It’s a quiver killer for sure. As someone who is new to skating, it handles like a Dinghy but it’s got a wheel base and width of a longboard so it’s comfortable and stable. I tried the 155 Polar Bears and the 180mm Bears on this board. I highly recommend the 180mm RKP trucks on this board for the stability and the ability to maneuver quickly in traffic.
