Rocker provides a more comfortable foot platform by adjusting the deck angles to a skater’s natural stance. It also adds board control and increases responsiveness under your feet.

This compact, directional drop-through longboard comes in at 33″ long by 9.625″ wide. The shape has been slightly modified to work perfectly with the new Gen 6 Grizzly trucks. 7 ply construction in a board this small results in a tiny amount of dampening flex which works to smooth out your ride on any rougher roads while still being stiff enough to handle some speed and sliding. This board also has a healthy dose of rocker and aggressive concave to keep your feet comfortable and locked in place while freeriding. The Drop Cat comes equipped with our flagship 50 degree 180mm grizzly Gen 6 trucks ideal for deep carves and confident cruising as well as some 70mm Hawgs Supremes for a smooth, fast and super grippy ride.

Flex Rating

Flex has a big impact on the overall feel of your board and is influenced by a bunch of different factors. The main ones being thickness of the deck, it's wheelbase and rider weight. To put the equation in laymans terms: more flex occurs when you decrease thickness of the deck, increase the wheelbase and increase rider weight. The more flex in your board the more carvy and agile it'll feel, less flex means it's more stable and suited for faster skating. We test every complete with a device we built in house, specifically to standardize flex ratings.

Pure Fun

Super fun board to cruise and carve around on! First board I got after playing around on some boards my friends had, and the way its super flexy and carvy while maintaining stability in a small package was really awesome- I've managed to strap it onto the back of my backpack when I'm out and about and not using it. It's really that small, about the size of a regular skateboard! It handles steeper hills pretty well, as well as totally ignoring small pebbles/cracks. The only reason this board isn't perfect is the lack of a kicktail, so certain movements (not even tricks) are harder to do, like getting onto and off of curbs and making quick turns.
