Although she lives on the other side of the world from the Landyachtz HQ, Cassandre is still a huge part of our team. She’s got a style and sense of flow to her skating that not many others possess. She doesn’t just make a board dance, she makes it sing.



What hooked you on skateboarding?
The feeling of being free!

What are your hobbies?
Longboard, of course! Sport in general like yoga, running, climbing… I really love photography and travel too.

Any hidden talents?
Mmh… no!

The best piece of advice/wisdom for new riders?
Don’t be afraid and just have fun!

Favourite setup?
Definitely Hollowtech stratus with Paris truck V3 and Hawgs wheels tracer for the wheels. Perfect combo for me

If you had to have only 3 Landyachtz boards for the rest of your life, what would they be?
My Hollowtech stratus, my Little cruiser and the Tony Danza Gold.

Favourite skater? Or who inspires you?
Maybe Aboubakry Sadek, for his Perfect style. Also Achel Machin.

The stratus!

Skater that you would love to skate with?
I have the chance to skate with the best riders around the World so… maybe the Landyachtz team.

What is skateboarding to you?
All! This is my loophole. I need to ride to feel good. It’s been pacing my life for several years now

What would you be doing if you were not skating?
Probably just travelling around the World with my slackline and

Which skate videos changed your life?
The simple longboard videos. The day I came across it, I knew I wanted to do like them.

Which three books, shows or movies changed your life?
– Soul surfer, the true story of Bethany Hamilton, professional surfer.
– Lords of Dogtown.
– And for the book, maybe In the Forests of Siberia, by Silvain Tesson.

What would change in Skateboarding if you had the chance?
Nothing. I’m very grateful for the luck I have had since I started.

Favourite music to skate too?
I really like calm and french music to ride like Tim Dup, Christine and The Queen or Pomme.

In your opinion, what is the role of a team rider?
Promote the Brand around the World and be present for the events. But always with fun and pleasure.

What does being a professional skater mean to you?
Devote his time to his sport, competing, and being recognized in his environment as such.

What is your dream setup? It doesn’t even need to exist!
