2 boards in 1! Our new UV graphics change colour when exposed to light, revealing a whole new look when you take them out into the sun. The Dinghy Blunt is a new cruiser shape in the lineup for 2020 and we're stoked on it. This shape has a little extra width where you need it and a good amount of taper to allow for a more directional feel. Matched up with slightly wider trucks, this shape is great for riders with bigger feet or anyone looking for a little more stability and confidence out of their cruiser board.

100% Canadian Maple

Canadian Maple is a strong and proven material used in the world’s best skateboards. We source only the finest veneers found in Eastern Canada.

Kicktail

Take your skating into the third dimension with a kicktail. We design our kicktails to work perfectly with each deck shape as well as with the truck and wheel setup on each complete.

LOW CAVE

Mellow concave that barely feels like it’s there, but designed to give you the control you need, when you need it.

SANDED WHEEL WELLS

Wheel wells reduce the risk of wheel-bite by increasing the gap between wheels and deck. Sanded or CNC’d wheel wells both allow for larger wheels or looser trucks, if desired.

The Dinghy Blunt is a small cruiser board that comes in at 28.5" long and 8.6 wider. The extra width up front and significant taper means you get more leverage over the front truck than the rear one, which gives it more directional steering characteristics and a bit more stability than the classic Dinghy shape. This version features one of our new UV activated graphics that change colour when exposed to sunlight. The Dinghy Blunt is pressed with 7 plies of Canadian maple for a light, stiff and poppy ride and comes set up with Polar Bear 130mm trucks to match the width of the deck. 60mm 78a Chubby Hawgs wheels finish off the setup and ensure you'll have a smooth ride with plenty of roll speed and grip without having to worry about wheelbite.

Highlights

  1. Made with 100% Canadian Maple
  2. Low Concave for comfortable foot work
  3. Sanded Wheel Wells to minimize bite
  4. Perfectly paired components

My first board

I've always wanted to learn to skateboard, but due to circumstances of life and how it is sometimes, never had the time or money for it.

I came to Landyachtz after watching someone review them for first timers on YouTube.

I got this board to practice on and it's been so forgiving about how awkward I felt on the regular/dance shapes I see pro skaters use. It feels sturdy, powerful, but also smooth, easy... And I love the shape +graphic so much!!

The colors remind me of the 90s.

I will put it to good use :-)

First board

Purchased to cruise around town, the roads in my town are pretty bad and these wheels make it incredibly easy to roll over anything

Amazing board!!!

I got this as my first high quality board and loved it, I now want to buy another board- maybe a switchblade- to learn to freeride on. The uv graphic stopped working after about a week, maybe because I rode it through puddles and got it dirty, and I had to scrub it off but I don't mind. BTW the uv part is that the circle goes yellow- that is not listed on the website.
