2 boards in 1! Our new UV graphics change colour when exposed to light, revealing a whole new look when you take them out into the sun. The Dinghy Blunt is a new cruiser shape in the lineup for 2020 and we're stoked on it. This shape has a little extra width where you need it and a good amount of taper to allow for a more directional feel. Matched up with slightly wider trucks, this shape is great for riders with bigger feet or anyone looking for a little more stability and confidence out of their cruiser board.

Wheel wells reduce the risk of wheel-bite by increasing the gap between wheels and deck. Sanded or CNC’d wheel wells both allow for larger wheels or looser trucks, if desired.

The Dinghy Blunt is a small cruiser board that comes in at 28.5" long and 8.6 wider. The extra width up front and significant taper means you get more leverage over the front truck than the rear one, which gives it more directional steering characteristics and a bit more stability than the classic Dinghy shape. This version features one of our new UV activated graphics that change colour when exposed to sunlight. The Dinghy Blunt is pressed with 7 plies of Canadian maple for a light, stiff and poppy ride and comes set up with Polar Bear 130mm trucks to match the width of the deck. 60mm 78a Chubby Hawgs wheels finish off the setup and ensure you'll have a smooth ride with plenty of roll speed and grip without having to worry about wheelbite.

Flex Rating

Flex has a big impact on the overall feel of your board and is influenced by a bunch of different factors. The main ones being thickness of the deck, it's wheelbase and rider weight. To put the equation in laymans terms: more flex occurs when you decrease thickness of the deck, increase the wheelbase and increase rider weight. The more flex in your board the more carvy and agile it'll feel, less flex means it's more stable and suited for faster skating. We test every complete with a device we built in house, specifically to standardize flex ratings.

Bought this for my son, tried it out. So much fun. If you like carving and slides this is it. I'm used to longer boards but this one is lighter, easier to manuever and just fun. My son loves it and the tiger graphic.

By far one of the best cruiser board that I owned! It takes time to break in the bearings but you’ll get there.

Amazing for lower speed commuting

First time on a board, bought it for point a to b for college. I picked it up super quick but still have trouble going fast because it wobbles a bit. At low speeds it’s super nimble and u can turn super easy and sharp.
