Light, stiff and highly carvable. The Drop Hammer is great for anyone looking to spice up their commute, carve down a mellow hill, get rad on their way to class or just get out for an afternoon ride with friends. We tried to really go for a unique vibe with this one, with the gold “Landyachtz Stack” down the center of the graphic and the shaded trees overlayed above the calm dark background.

One Board One Tree

To give back to the environment we have decided that for every skateboard we sell, we plant a tree. One tree produces at least 60 boards. So with our program, one tree will turn into at least 60 new trees planted.

100% Canadian Maple

Canadian Maple is a strong and proven material used in the world’s best skateboards. We source only the finest veneers found in Eastern Canada.

DROP THROUGH

Drop through decks are lower to the ground and enjoy increase stability without sacrificing maneuverability.

LOW CAVE

Mellow concave that barely feels like it’s there, but designed to give you the control you need, when you need it.

ROCKER

Rocker provides a more comfortable foot platform by adjusting the deck angles to a skater’s natural stance. It also adds board control and increases responsiveness under your feet.

SYMMETRICAL

Go both ways with symmetrical board design. Generally found in freeride and downhill decks, these boards allow the rider to skate both regular and switch without changing up their stance.

Watch the Drop Hammer Jungle in Action

The Drop Hammer is a drop through longboard capable of many different things. Don’t let the simple shape fool you, simplicity is bliss. Featured is a nice flat concave which is extremely comfortable and helps get your feet exactly where you want them to be for those rad slides or deep carves. The board has a nice soft flex which makes it really playful and makes for a smooth ride. A 10” inch width at the end of the standing platform tapers down to 9.375” inches at the middle, creating a shape that can be used for leverage over the trucks or to lock your feet into the edges of the board. Large cut-outs allow for fantastic wheel clearance, meaning those 70mm 78a Supreme Hawgs will never touch the deck. The Bear Gen 6 180mm 50-degree trucks are mounted through the board to provide a gradual, responsive turn that will give you confidence and performance. Overall, this is a great board for almost any situation.

Trucks

Wheels

We design our trucks and wheels to fit perfectly with each individual deck. We work tirelessly to ensure these elements come together to provide the best control and performance for your board. No slop, all control. Don't accept anything less than the perfect complete.   Learn More >

Flex Rating

Flex has a big impact on the overall feel of your board and is influenced by a bunch of different factors. The main ones being thickness of the deck, it's wheelbase and rider weight. To put the equation in laymans terms: more flex occurs when you decrease thickness of the deck, increase the wheelbase and increase rider weight. The more flex in your board the more carvy and agile it'll feel, less flex means it's more stable and suited for faster skating. We test every complete with a device we built in house, specifically to standardize flex ratings.

Smooths out the rough edges for an older, beginner skater

This board is very easy to ride. I haven’t been on a board in a long time. I hit a few videos and did some practicing on small areas and went out. The board carved great and handled sidewalks and city streets with ease. I’m not doing any tricks, just riding, but it is fun and easy to control.

Great starter board

rides smooth, compared to those cheap amazon boards. Trust me and invest in some quality builds. You can tell from the first push the barings alone are worth the cost.

Great board

This board is light, comfortable and fast. It's a ton of fun to ride and glides over surprisingly rough terrain even with the stock wheels.
