This is a big boy indeed, full profile, full length and full width. All ten inches wide. It retains the feel of a shorter board, but it does feel more stable and so less agile. It is a different kind of board. It is heavy, but once you get use to it, it is an easy board to push and the feel of an agile board like the Blunt with the reaction of a long board.

Not recommended as your first one. This board compliant your skateboard experience in the long board area.

I am tall so I was excited to get my hands on a Gordito Pantera. This deck is as advertised. It is just a big ass skateboard. Completes weren't available so I got some Polar Bear 180mm trucks and wheels to build my own. It rides smooth and stable but is definitely on the heavy side. Not the best for tight turns or tricks. Felt kinda limited with what I can do with the Polar Bear trucks so my next mission is to pair the Gordito deck with some Carver trucks and see if I can turn it into a big street surfboard.

Everything about this board is right for a real man who wants a real board. Ride it fast through an empty skatepark, and make sure to keep the trucks carvy. It's one of my perfect boards, and I don't plan to change a thing. I bought it complete and planned to swap out the trucks and wheels. But the EZ Hawgs are surprisingly fabulous, grippy until you send them sliding, and they are massively underrated sliders. Trucks are excellent. I put in Bones Hardcore bushings. Besides that, the the stock setup is flawless. I thought I was buying an oversized popsicle. It's more like a modern version of those wide boards bowl riders used to ride decades ago. I usually grab this over my retro 10" Powell-Peralta Ripper flight deck. If you are a 140-pound kitten, it's probably not for you. I am 190, and this is ready for anything I give it.

This is an amazing skateboard with high quality parts. Customer service was excellent, shipping was fast, and I will buy my next board from Landyachtz.com for sure.

Just got the Gordito for my 40th birthday. I was pushing around the neighborhood at full speed like a kid, laughing with pleasure at how freaking awesome it is. Cruising around on this thing is like laying on a large plush sofa as you glide with ease down the street. The size and stability give you confidence to try tricks you otherwise might not have attempted. It’s instantly become my go to board and a beloved extension of youth. Get it.
