DESCRIPTION

The Skiff measures in at 32.3″ long and 9.3″ at its widest point, tapering down to 8.6″ over the back truck and a nice 9″ width right at the front truck. This deck will give you the feeling that the edges of the board are always accessible without giving you a feeling of the board being too narrow. The nose has a unique look to it and works great for catching your front foot on ollies, and the swooping tail will embrace your back foot and give you lots of confidence. The wheelbase is 15 inches, which gives a good mix between responsiveness and stability. 130mm trucks and 63mm Fatty Hawgs will match up with the edges of the board nicely and give this board just the feeling it needs.

TRUCKS

Polar Bear 130mm

Some of us still like to ride a board that is a bit on the narrower-side. And, of course, you need trucks to match it. If you step down in board size then it’s time to step it up to the 130mm Polar Bears. Sold in pairs. Bushings: 85a is softer, 90a is harder. Softer bushings are more lively but less stable – with 88a being what we usually use in our completes.

WHEELS

63mm Fatty Hawgs

Made famous as the wheel of choice for our Dinghy completes, Fatty Hawgs are now available separately in a multitude of colours and patterns so you can upgrade your cruiser board today. We use the highest quality urethane to ensure these are the best cruiser wheels available on the market. Get a set and see the difference for yourself.

BEARINGS

SPACEBALLS

Spaceballs are our answer to all of your bearing problems.  Never again can you lose your washers, or spacers because we’ve built them into the inner race!  On the functional side, this means your bearings are always mated correctly which negates any bearing-induced chatter.

New favorite board

Long time longboarder here getting into alot of transition and street skating lately and I have alot to say about this board. This it my favorite skateboard style deck of all time. I spent 10 years on the wolfshark and im still not sick of skating hills but the reality of portland is that it rains all the time and the roads stay wet for sever days. However the parks have exceptional draining around here so I love to transition skate when it's too wet for anything else. I ride the polarbears 155s and the EZ slides at 63 mm. People always tell me i should get harder wheels but I disregard everything they say because i have gotten alot better with just this board alone. I've learned hippy jumps, nollies, boardslides, rock to fakie, and a lipstick of other tricks I found very difficult on a board that doesn't fit the scopes of a traditional skateboard. I feel as if I could slay mountains and thrash ditches in this (what I would call) ATV set up. This is a cruser board they set it up like that but i guarantee it will be a more comfortable setup for someone crossing N g the longboard to skateboard line. I really recommend this board beyond the atv and the atv Perfecto wich i have oke of each. It's even and we'll balanced and the graphic is my absolute favorite ♡

Very good but with exceptions

I got mine a few months back but I haven't used it because I didn't think it was going to be very big for my feet, if you are a 9.5 in shoes I don't recommend it because maybe you're not tall enough, this board is made for taller people not shorter hahahaha lol, it's been very challenging to me trying to make an Ollie with this, you can do it but is very exhausting
If I could give it back I would do it but damn, it took so much time to get to Mexico
Anyways I'll always prefer a dinghy

Flex Ratings

We’ve categorized the stiffness of our boards into 3 main groups, listed below.  The general rule is the faster you’re skating, the stiffer the deck, but this is not universal.

Flexy – Soft and supple flex profile best suited for carving and cruising on longer boards. The bouncy nature of these decks lets you turn deeper and surf your surrounds.

Medium – The do it all of our boards, a perfect balance of stability and carve.

Stiff – From cruisers to downhill boards a stiff flex profile excels in stability and responsiveness.  Whether you’re dipping into driveways or bombing a mountain pass you’ll be down with the stiffness.
