Originally from the Dominican Republic, Carla is now a resident of the Pacific Northwest where she enjoys a wide variety of skate terrain and lots of beautiful rainy weather (which allows her time to work on her art). She had a big influence on the design of the Tony Danza, which is an important part of our lineup. She is working with Black Girls Shred this year with the goal to “increase black women athletes in action sport competition & careers.” Carla is rad, and we hope that she will continue to skate and be her awesome self for many years to come <3
