So Tanaka is known for massive, high-speed slides and going through EZ Hawgs like they’re made of butter, regularly coring wheels in a single session. He actually started out on a Dinghy chasing the feeling of sliding, and over time his smooth, almost ambidextrous style has made him one of the most respected freeriders out there. He’s been working closely with us on his pro model, the Katana, for over a year. Based in Japan, he travels often to ride in Canada, Australia, and the United States, and he consistently puts out some of the best downhill content on his Instagram. On top of all that, he’s genuinely one of the nicest people you’ll meet, and we’re proud to have him on the crew.
