Welcome to Landyachtz’s Shipping and Delivery page! Whether you’re shopping from the USA, Canada, or halfway across the globe, we’ve got the lowdown on shipping rules and how to get assistance in case you need it.


SKATE - GENERAL INFO

We have competitive international shipping rates which are calculated in your shopping cart. Customers are responsible for any local taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees on their orders.  

USA: Free Shipping on orders above $125.
Express/Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. 
 

  • West Coast - all orders shipped ground; average transit time is 1-2 days.
  • East Coast – all orders shipped express from our LA warehouse; transit time is usually around 5-7 days. 

     

ORDER LOOKUP/ TRACKING 

 You can access all information about your order by clicking the link in your order confirmation email. In the rare case you can not find this email please use our order lookup tool, which you can access here.  

Once your order is picked up for delivery you will be sent an email with the tracking information. If you have not received this email, then it is most likely that your order is still processing in the warehouse. 

PROCESSING / HANDLING INFORMATION 

 Orders typically leave our warehouses within 1 – 3 business days. For us, “business days” means Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm PST as we do not operate on weekends. Order processing times are subject to change and some orders may ship out later than the estimated processing time. Our main goal is to get your board under your feet as soon as possible! We endeavor to prioritize orders with expedited shipping, but we cannot guarantee they will ship out faster than the estimated processing time. If you are worried about the current estimated processing times, please contact us before you order. 

Please be aware that sale periods and holiday closures may increase processing/shipping times. We appreciate your patience while we work hard to get all orders out as quickly as possible. 

 

ADDRESS UPDATE/CHANGE 

If you need to update the address on your order you must do so by 12 pm PST on the day that your order is being shipped.  

Any address update requests made after this time may not reach us in time before your order is processed and shipped out. If your request is placed after 12 pm PST on the day of shipment we cannot guarantee that we will be able to have the address updated with the shipping company. If this occurs, then the customer may be responsible for coordinating the delivery of the package(s) to the correct address.  

Please make sure that you always double-check your address on your order before and after the order is placed.  

 

TRACKING 

 You will receive an email containing your tracking number when your order is collected from our warehouse. We are given a tracking number when your order is collected from our warehouse, therefore processing orders do not have an associated tracking number yet. Any shipments to APO addresses are sent via USPS.

BIKES - GENERAL INFO

 

All orders are shipped from our Head Quarters in British Columbia, Canada.  P.O. Boxes are not accepted. Please use only English characters in the cart and checkout.

 

 

USA & CANADA:

Bikes are shipped from our Canadian workshop. USA based customers are responsible for any local taxes, duties and customs clearance fees on their order.

INTERNATIONAL:

DELIVERY TIMES:
Before we ship out any bike we assemble it to perform a thorough QC process before preparing it for transport.  There is a small amount of assembly required by the customer to get the bike on the road, this is done to reduce your shipping costs and to arrive undamaged.
