I’m a first time skater, and this is my first skateboard. I knew I wanted something to cruise on comfortably, and the dinghy has been great. My neighborhood has asphalt roads, and even though they can be rougher in some areas, I’m able to skate confidently. I don’t know if I’ll ever be into doing tricks, but I’ve been learning some basic things like tic-tacs to improve my board control. The dinghy is nice because it can do a little of everything, so as I move on from basic cruising, I can try new things on this board as I figure out my style and what I like. Highly recommend!

Great board so far what I expected from any landyachtz board my third board so far from them I'm used to a much bigger board it will take some getting used to but the quality as always is top notch.
We’ve categorized the stiffness of our boards into 3 main groups, listed below. The general rule is the faster you’re skating, the stiffer the deck, but this is not universal.
Flexy – Soft and supple flex profile best suited for carving and cruising on longer boards. The bouncy nature of these decks lets you turn deeper and surf your surrounds.
Medium – The do it all of our boards, a perfect balance of stability and carve.
Stiff – From cruisers to downhill boards a stiff flex profile excels in stability and responsiveness. Whether you’re dipping into driveways or bombing a mountain pass you’ll be down with the stiffness.
