WARRANTY AND RETURNS

At Landyachtz we have always aimed to improve the quality of the skateboard you ride and we strongly believe in the boards we make. You can rest assured knowing that, in the rare case of defect, our skateboards come with a 1 year warranty.  

The more we know, the easier it is to help your claim! The best way to submit your warranty claim is using the form below.  There you can provide all of the necessary information and images we require to assess your warranty claim. Before completing the form please ensure you have photos that show the top and bottom of the board as well as detailed pictures of the affected area.

Please allow us 3-7 business days for us to asses your warranty claim and get in contact with you. We will do our best to make sure you’re back on a quality skateboard as soon as possible.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

 
  • Impact damage, including snaps and cracks
  • Run over by a vehicle (or horse)
  • Scratches or minor chips

SKATE: RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

All refunds, returns and cancellations are to be initiated by contacting our customer service team using the form below, or by emailing info@landyachtz.com. If you have any questions about anything, even during a refund process do not hesitate to reach out. Our customer service team will asses your request and upon approval send you a return label to ship your product back to us. We will not provide a refund, or accept product back that has been used, or ridden. When you receive a return label it must be clearly displayed on the outside of the box – please remove any old shipping labels that may be on the box.

Factors and possible costs associated with returns.

  • If you decide to cancel your order, before it has shipped out from our warehouse there will be no restocking fee, and you will be refunded 100%.

  • If you decide to cancel an order that has been shipped out from our warehouse, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. This includes if it is already in transit to your address, if it has already arrived at your address, or if you have refused the package upon arrival. 

  • If you have been shipped a wrong / different product, you will not be charged anything. We will send you a return label for the wrong product, and ship you out the correct product. 

  • If you have sincerely ordered the wrong product (ex: deck instead of a complete or vice versa), this will be treated on a case by case basis.

Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Please allow up to 4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. Replacements can take between 1-4 weeks to arrive, after approval.

BIKES

At Landyachtz Bikes we have always aimed to improve the quality of the ride you ride and we strongly believe in the bikes we make. You can rest assured knowing that, in the rare case of defect, our bikes come with a 1 year warranty.  Components are supported by the manufacturer from which we are supplied.

The more we know, the easier it is to help your claim!  There you can provide all of the necessary information and images we require to assess your warranty claim. Before completing the form please ensure you have photos that show the full bike as well as detailed pictures of the affected area.

Please allow us 5-7 business days for us to asses your warranty claim and get in contact with you. We will do our best to make sure you’re back on a quality bike as soon as possible.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

I. Normal wear and tear on tires, tubes, brakes, gear cables, brake pads etc., are not covered. 

II. Consequential damage or any damage caused by accident, misuse or abuse.

III. Improper assembly and/or lack of proper maintenance, sandblasting, sanding, grinding, wire brushing, filing, welding, brazing, drilled holes, anodizing, repainting, or chrome plating is not covered under your warranty and may void the warranty of the component manufacturers.

IV. You take great personal risk and shall forfeit the warranty.  For example, but not exclusive to, ramps, stunts, bike parks, pump tracks tracks, stairs and embankments, or ride in other similar terrain. Note that bent components, frames, forks, handlebars, seat posts, pedals, cranks and wheel rims are signs of accidents and/or abuse.

V. Labour for part replacement or changeover is not included.

VI. Landyachtz reservers the right to repair or replace at its discretion any part that is deemed a valid warranty. Please note that Landyachtz cannot guarantee a colour match to the original component

BIKES: RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
