Where are you from? I grew up and currently live in Asheville, North Carolina. Some say it’s the best downhill skate scene in the world, so I am extremely lucky to have my roots planted here. It is pretty insane being able to get a group of homies and go out skating some of the best downhill runs the country has every single day.
What are some of your Hobbies or pastimes? I have a couple other hobbies besides skating. The main one would be snow sports. I am a huge snowboarder and skier, you can usually find me in the terrain park on the mountain. I also grew up riding motorcycles with my dad, and still enjoy it just as much. Whenever I have free time I’ll go out on a ride along the handful of awesome mountain roads right outside town.
Quiver list…
At the moment I am revolving around three main boards. First and foremost, the board I probably ride the most is going to be my Landyachtz Freedive. If I am going out for a day of skating, this is probably the board I am grabbing. It’s so capable with steep and gnarly freeride neighborhoods, fast mountain double yellow roads, or just cruising around town. Next in my quiver will be the Landyachtz Blaze, it is primarily my race board. I love a board with micro drops, (much like the freedive) and my feet feel incredibly comfortable on it, at any speed. Finally, I’ve recently set up a Landyachtz Crane, the Clark Patrick pro model. When I know I am going to a session spot with some fun features around it, (or maybe even a skatepark nearby) I know I am grabbing this board. The tail and nose are perfect for ollies, fliptricks, and blunt slides. It’s great for downhill as well, so it’s kinda the best…
