Ever since trying hawgs wheels im obsessed and will not buy any other brand of wheels. Love the color of the purple pink, they did not dissapoint. These have great roll speed and give a nice smooth ride. I also don't feel im compromising at all going from a 70mm to the 63mm, although they do make my longboard more turney so could possibly be a little bit less stable for a beginner. Until Hawgs wheels i had been stearing clear of 78a wheels and always going for something harder due to loosing roll speed. With these wheels and the EZ hawgs i have no lost roll speed and am happy to ride 78a again. Ive also ridden the clear red 70's hawgs also 78a and did find slower roll speed, possibly bc the clear wheels dont seem to be stone ground.
I bought the light blue wheels for my Drop Cat 33. They provide quick acceleration, but I notice more vibrations compared to the Plow King. While the blue wheels look beautiful when they're new, they don't maintain their appearance when exposed to dirt. However, you can easily fix this issue by using some permanent markers. Let your creativity and personal touch enhance the look of your board.

Put them on a 27 by 6 in mini Cruiser. 1/4"riser in the front, 1/8"in the back on 105mm Polar Bears. Love. They ride a lot like the plow Kings except smaller and they've got a more rounded lip so you can kick them out a little bit easier

We’ve categorized the stiffness of our boards into 3 main groups, listed below. The general rule is the faster you’re skating, the stiffer the deck, but this is not universal.
Flexy – Soft and supple flex profile best suited for carving and cruising on longer boards. The bouncy nature of these decks lets you turn deeper and surf your surrounds.
Medium – The do it all of our boards, a perfect balance of stability and carve.
Stiff – From cruisers to downhill boards a stiff flex profile excels in stability and responsiveness. Whether you’re dipping into driveways or bombing a mountain pass you’ll be down with the stiffness.
