SKATING ACROSS JAPAN
Skating across the USA wasn’t enough — Jaayfilms and Orio are back for another epic push, this time traveling the entire length of Japan, from the northern tip of Wakkanai all the way to the southern islands of Okinawa. That’s right — two skaters, two Landyachtz boards, and thousands of kilometers of open road.
You might recognize them from last year when they skated across America in just 76 days, documenting every push, hill, and challenge along the way. Now, they’re continuing their journey with a new project: pushing through Japan.
Jaayfilms is rolling on the Landyachtz Ditch Life, a wide and stable cruiser perfect for the rough and varied terrain Japan has to offer. Orio is holding it down on the Landyachtz Raft, known for its nimble feel and comfortable platform for long days on the board. Both boards are part of the Landyachtz cruiser board lineup, built to handle serious miles while keeping the fun factor high.
Their journey kicked off with a surprise — snow! The northern regions greeted them with cold weather and icy roads, but if you know Jaayfilms and Orio, you know a little snow won’t stop them.
