Drop Cat 38 – Python

The Drop Cat’s low, stable platform and comfortable flex make every ride feel effortless and fun. The tapered shape provides your front foot more leverage, naturally allowing the board to steer more from the front, giving it better control. Its drop-through design and rockered profile enhance control while keeping the ride height very low, making it a great option for both beginners and experienced riders alike. The larger of our two Drop Cat models, the 38″ version would work best for people with larger feet or wanting more stability.

Spaceballs are our answer to all of your bearing problems. Never again can you lose your washers, or spacers because we’ve built them into the inner race! On the functional side, this means your bearings are always mated correctly which negates any bearing-induced chatter.

SHIPPING

Orders are currently leaving our warehouses within 1 – 3 business days. For us, “business days” means Monday – Friday as we do not ship orders on weekends. From Monday to Friday our hours of operation are 9am – 5pm PST, excluding statutory holidays. Order processing times are subject to change and orders may ship out later (or earlier) than the aforementioned window – depending on how busy we are.

USA: Flat rate of $25 on all gear, excluding board racks and chairs. Hawaii and Alaska are subject to calculated rates.

West Coast – all orders shipped ground, average transit time is 2-3 days.
East Coast – all orders shipped express from our LA warehouse, transit time is usually around 5-7 days.

CANADA: Flat rate of $25 on all gear, excluding board racks and deck chairs.

REST OF THE WORLD: Live rates based on destination. Customers are responsible for any local taxes, duties and customs clearance fees on their order.

WARRANTY

At Landyachtz we have always aimed to improve the quality of the skateboard you ride and we strongly believe in the boards we make. You can rest assured knowing that, in the rare case of defect, our skateboards come with a 1 year warranty.

The more we know, the easier it is to help your claim! The best way to submit your warranty claim is using the form below. There you can provide all of the necessary information and images we require to assess your warranty claim. Before completing the form please ensure you have photos that show the top and bottom of the board as well as detailed pictures of the affected area.

Please allow us 3-7 business days for us to asses your warranty claim and get in contact with you. We will do our best to make sure you’re back on a quality skateboard as soon as possible.

The following issues are not covered by our warranty:

Impact damage, including snaps and cracks
Run over by a vehicle (or horse)
Scratches or minor chips
Water damage

Great board

Good quality board that feels nice to ride around campus.

Good board but little defect

This board is amazing it handles great , but after riding for a little while the wheels would make a wierd knock sound as I turn right, I've contacted support and it took over a week to respond back to the email (it has been 2 weeks since it's been fixed)

A cool and smooth ride

I mostly skate on paths cycleways and campuses. I don't do tricks but focus on commutes in the urban environment and carving. I bought the drop cat because of its low profile and big wheels. I am 62 and about 5' 10 (175cm). I found the 33 inch board perfectly fitted my stance. The raised lips near the wheels provided sufficient support for doing tight turns without any wheel pinch. The low profile and flex made it pretty comfy on longer rides . I routinely do 15km runs and the board is smooth and comfy the whole way.

When I received it I played with the tension on the king pin but found that the perfect setting for me was pretty close to the factory setting. It gives me nice tight carves to shed speed on hills and is stable at all speeds I use. I don't do downhill bombs.

Overall, I give the drop cat 33 two thumbs up. It's affordable, comfortable to ride and a lot of fun. It also looks cool in black ðŸ˜Š

very compatible with slide gloves, very carvey and extremely durable yet comfortable. the rocker in the middle helps keep your feet planted to the deck i've noticed

Life changing

I've always wanted to skate, but was too scared to learn. My midlife crisis convinced me to buy a longboard and finally do the thing. Now I go out a few times a week with my daughter to cruise around and work on our balance. I didn't know my life was missing this.
The board itself looks cool as hell and as far as I can tell is the perfect thing to learn on. Comfy, smooth, and portable.
